Experteer Overview
In this role you contribute to global R&D; projects within the Transformer Business Unit, shaping new transformer solutions from design to testing.
You will collaborate with cross-site teams, manage project milestones and risks, and support product managers with business cases and market introduction plans.
Your work includes electrical design, simulations, and documentation to drive innovation and reliable performance in transformer technology.

Lead and manage R&D; projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality requirements
Support R&D; project managers and product managers with business cases, cost evaluations, and market introduction plans
Conduct transformer electrical design or design reviews and oversee manufacturing/testing of prototypes
Assess and mitigate risks when introducing new technologies
Perform finite element simulations for transformers for projects or troubleshooting
Share knowledge via technical reports, specifications, and trainings




Document R&D; results in reports and presentations
Support failure analysis and failure-prevention programs
Responsabilità
Master's degree in electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent)
Experience in transformers electrical design or design review with finite element tools
Problem-solving ability and structured, methodical approach
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Python or other programming languages (a plus)
Experience collaborating across remote locations
Experience with finite element simulations (magnetic/dielectric)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Innovative and proactive mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
