Junior R&D; Engineer - Osa Demolition Equipment (Molfetta - Bari)

In this role you design and develop new products, transforming ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions.
You work with cross-functional teams to ensure concepts are technically viable, cost-effective, and safely manufacturable, aligned with market needs.
You will analyze, validate, and document technical aspects while contributing to continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to shape high-performance equipment within a global engineering group.
Design new products or components using engineering principles and standards
Develop technical documentation including specs, drawings and test reports
Perform simulations, analyses and validations for performance, safety and reliability
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sourcing through all project phases
Act as a bridge with Production to ensure specifications are met




Lead or support technical problem-solving and propose corrective/innovative solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with internal standards, certifications and regulatory requirements
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Post-graduate internship experience in a similar manufacturing/engineering role
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and 3D modelling at academic level
Understanding of product engineering and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage technical complexity
Good communication to support production operators with technical drawings
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
