Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Care Operations Lead to connect the Global CoE with the local market, drive instrument order fulfillment and escalation handling while aligning global processes with local needs.
You will partner across commercial, service, supply chain and customer care to raise satisfaction and efficiency.
Travel ~5% and fluency in English plus another European language are preferred; prior life sciences or diagnostics experience is a plus.
