/b /h3ullibDesigning and Developing Mechanical Systems /b /liliComponents and assemblies for nuclear reactor applications, including piping, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and cooling systems /li /ulullibCreating and Modifying CAD Drawings /b /liliUsing software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CREO for detailed design /li /ulullibCollaborating with Engineers and Regulatory Agencies /b /liliEnsuring design feasibility, safety, and compliance /liliConducting material selection, stress analysis, and thermal analysis for optimal performance under high-radiation and high-temperature conditions /li /ulullibEnsuring Regulatory Compliance /b /liliAdhering to industry regulations and codes, including ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), NRC guidelines, and ANSI standards /li /ulullibEngineering Activities Related to Mechanical Loads /b /liliAnalyzing systems and components, including pressure vessels /li /ulullibAssisting in Prototype Development and Testing /b /liliTroubleshooting nuclear mechanical systems /li /ulullibPreparing Technical Documentation /b /liliIncluding design specifications, engineering reports, and bills of materials (BOM) /li /ulullibRevising Designs Based on Feedback /b /liliIncorporating testing results, manufacturing input,



and regulatory requirements /li /ulullibMaintaining Organized Design Files /b /liliEnsuring version control for nuclear components and systems /li /ulullibSupporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Process /b /liliIncluding design updates and safety improvements /li /ulh3bWho We Want to Work With: /b /h3ullibEducation /b: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field /liliExperience: 2-5 years in mechanical design for nuclear applications, power plants, or industrial settings /lilibCertifications (Preferred) /b: CSWP (Certified SolidWorks Professional), AutoCAD Certification, or equivalent /liliProficiency in CAD Software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO /liliKnowledge of Mechanical Design Principles: Material properties and manufacturing processes specific to nuclear applications /liliUnderstanding of Nuclear Reactor Components: Cooling systems and radiation shielding /liliFamiliarity with ASME BPVC, NRC Regulations, and ANSI Standards for nuclear mechanical design /liliExperience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) NASTRAN: Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for nuclear applications NASTRAN is a plus /liliExperience in Tribology, Seals, and Welding /liliStrong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities /liliEffective Communication and Teamwork Skills: Essential for collaboration with engineers and regulatory bodies /liliAttention to Detail and Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet regulatory deadlines /li /ulh3bPreferred Qualifications: /b /h3ullibPhD / Engineering Degree /b /liliEnglish (Written and Oral) /li /ulh3bSoft Skills : /b /h3ullibPassionate Engineer /b willing to be part of history in nuclear industry.
