/strong /pulliManage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services.
/liliCoordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
/liliManage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing.
/liliCoordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities.
/liliSupport the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency.
/liliIdentify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements.
/liliPrepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPreferred qualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor#39;s degree or High School Diploma.
/liliSolid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations.
/liliStrong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management.
