/pp We're looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues.
/pp You'll be the escalation point when others can't fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.
/pp What you'll do: /pulli Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely /lili Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults /lili Use OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing,



and parameterization /lili Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation /lili Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets /lili Create clear technical reports and case updates /lili Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance /lili Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement /li /ulp What you bring: /pulli Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service /lili Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults /lili Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools /lili Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation /lili Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams /lili Ability to support and guide technicians /lili Preferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background /li /ulp Technical knowledge /pulli Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics /lili Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay /lili Diagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing /li /ulp Language /pulli Working proficiency in Italian and English required (written and spoken) /li /ulp Additional information: /pulli CCNL Applicabile: Contratto del Commercio Terziario e Distribuzione Servizi, Livello 2 /lili RAL EUR /li /ul /p
