/p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liSupport lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes /li liParticipate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)



/li liAnalyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow /li liSupport implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment /li liLearn and apply Lean methodologies through hands?on involvement /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liRequired: /li liItalian and English speaker /li liOpen to travel within Europe region ( main Italy) *****% approximately /li liConfident communicator with xrdbqlu the ability to integrate easily in different working environments /li liProficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) /li liBasic knowledge of Lean tools /li liDesirables: /li liLean certifications /li liExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality /li /ul pJoin us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!
