/p p You'll be the escalation point when others can't fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver b first-time-right repairs /b .
/p pb What you'll do: /b /pulli Support dealerships and repairers b on-site and remotely /b /lili Diagnose and resolve b complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults /b /lili Use OEM tools (e.g. b wiTECH, DiagBOX /b) for diagnostics, flashing,



and parameterization /lili Identify b root causes /b using wiring diagrams and technical documentation /lili Support both b individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets /b /lili Create clear b technical reports and case updates /b /lili Coach technicians and provide b hands-on guidance /b /lili Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement /li /ul pb What you bring: /b /pulli Strong experience in b automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service /b /lili Proven ability to fix b complex electrical/electronic faults /b /lili Hands-on use of b OEM diagnostic tools /b /lili Confidence reading b wiring diagrams and technical documentation /b /lili Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams /lili Ability to support and guide technicians /lilib Preferred xrdbqlu /b : experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background /li /ul pb Technical knowledge /b /pulli Modern vehicle systems: b powertrain, ADAS, body electronics /b /lili Networks: b CAN / LIN / FlexRay /b /lili Diagnostic methods: b root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing /b /li /ul pb Language /b /pulli Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken) /li /ul pb Additional information: /b /pulli CCNL Applicabile: Contratto del Commercio Terziario e Distribuzione Servizi, Livello 2 /lili RAL 36.
