/p pAs a Process Engineer at our Latina site, you'll play a central role in optimising manufacturing processes across multiple production plants.
Your work will directly influence safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
You'll collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and EHS teams to improve how works today while helping build the processes of tomorrow.
/p pThis is a role where technical expertise meets real operational impact.
/p h3About the Role /h3 pYou'll be part of the Lubricant Additives business and report directly to the Head of Operations.
/p pThe position covers both LAB (Naugalubes) and SIG production processes across four manufacturing plants at our Latina site.
You'll act as a key technical partner for operations, supporting process optimization, troubleshooting, process safety initiatives, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement projects.
/p pAlongside day?to?day operational support, you'll contribute to longer?term improvements through digital tools, process development initiatives, and the introduction of new technologies.
/p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 h3Drive Process Performance /h3 pYou'll help improve manufacturing performance by: /p ul liMonitoring process capability, productivity, yields, and material consumption /li liIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, batch cycle times,



and energy usage /li liAnalyzing operational data and translating insights into practical improvements /li liSupporting troubleshooting activities and resolving technical process issues /li /ul h3Lead Continuous Improvement /h3 pYou'll have a visible role in helping the site continuously improve by: /p ul liOptimizing process parameters /li liSupporting equipment upgrades and process modifications /li liDriving Change Management (MoC) activities for process changes /li liApplying continuous improvement methodologies and digital tools /li liContributing to reliability improvement initiatives alongside Maintenance and Engineering teams /li /ul h3Support Safe and Reliable Operations /h3 pYou'll help ensure manufacturing processes operate safely, consistently, and compliantly by: /p ul liParticipating in HAZOP studies and process safety assessments /li liSupporting environmental, quality, industrial hygiene, and safety initiatives /li liContributing to audits and compliance activitiesSupporting investigations, corrective actions, and customer complaint follow?up where required /li /ul h3Develop and Implement New Solutions /h3 pYou'll be involved in projects that shape the future of the site by: /p ul liSupporting commissioning and start?up of new equipment /li liCoordinating process tests, validation campaigns, and technical studies /li liDeveloping process documentation, operating procedures,



and process manuals /li liContributing to plant design modifications and future investments /li liSupporting DCS logic development, control strategies, and operational sequences /li /ul h3Share Knowledge Across the Organisation /h3 pYou'll help strengthen technical expertise throughout the site by: /p ul liTraining operators on process updates and operating procedures /li liMaintaining technical documentation /li liCollaborating with global process engineering, RD, and production teams /li liSharing best practices across the international LAB network /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry /li liApproximately 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience /li liExperience within chemical manufacturing or an engineering environment supporting the chemical industry /li liStrong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes /li liExperience with process optimisation and continuous improvement activities /li liAbility to analyse data and translate findings into operational improvements /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liNative or fluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liKnowledge of SAP /li liExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies /li liExperience with process safety studies, HAZOPs, or Management of Change processes /li liProject management experience within industrial environments /li liExperience working in international or cross?functional teams /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPermanent contract /li liCCNL Chimico Farmaceutico /li liSalary range: €35,000 - €46,500 /li liCompetitive benefits package /li liInternational working environment /li liOpportunities for professional growth and continuous learning /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
