p Job Responsibilities p1.
On-site Equipment Inspection Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) according to OM plans; promptly identify and resolve equipment anomalies to ensure safe and stable system operation.

Fault Diagnosis Emergency Response: Receive and respond to equipment fault alarms; rapidly perform on-site fault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery; coordinate with relevant technical teams on complex faults to minimize downtime and improve system availability.

Equipment Commissioning Support: Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects.

OM Data Management Reporting: Collect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records,



and inspection reports; analyze equipment operating status and health conditions; propose optimization recommendations; and regularly produce OM analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement.

On-site Safety Management Customer Communication: Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; implement on-site risk control and work permit systems; maintain communication and coordination with customers, owners, and relevant partners; provide timely feedback on equipment operation; and enhance customer satisfaction.
/pp Qualifications /pp- Education: Bachelor's degree or above /pp- Skills: Experience in OM and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred /pp- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred /pp- Languages: Fluent in English, good at Italian is a plus /pp- Others: /pp1.
