The Compliance Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, product management, quality, and test & validation teams to contribute to all phases of development and delivery of security and safety products.
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of mandatory and voluntary certification schemes.
Plan and complete certification processes for mechanical and electronic security products.
Prepare test reports and supervise testing progress and periodic audits.
Suggest product features to achieve required certifications.
Interface with local and international certification bodies.
Manage information flow with certification bodies.
Develop engineering specifications by translating international standards into technical requirements.
Track and update periodical changes to international standards and regulations.
Participate in international working groups for standard development (mechanical or electronics).
Support new product development and sustain existing products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering (e.g., electromechanical, mechatronics).
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of ISO**** and optionally ISO***** quality systems.
Strong teamwork, problem?solving, and methodological skills.
Broad technical culture to work with both electronic and mechanical standards.
Flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to engage in diverse tasks.
