/li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liAt least 4/6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
/li liFamiliarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles.
/li liGood command of English, both spoken and written.
/li liAbility to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations.
/li liAutonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support.
/li liInterest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation.
/li liA collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team.
/li liOpen to short, medium, and long-term travel to client sites.
/li liThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €****** to €******.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level.
