p The role involves providing the necessary support to ensure that the company's products, services and processes operate in compliance with national and international regulations on data protection, cybersecurity and governance, with the dual aim of ensuring high standards of security and reliability for our clients and contributing to internal training and the promotion of a culture of security and compliance within the company.
p Key responsibilities: /pulli Support the team in managing and monitoring compliance with ICT regulatory requirements, in particular the GDPR, ISO *****, NIS2 and DORA; /lili Collaborate on the analysis of IT and compliance risks, participating in control activities and the continuous improvement of processes; /lili Contribute to the drafting, review and dissemination of company policies, procedures and guidelines on information security, data protection and governance; /lili Support internal and external audit activities,



gathering evidence and preparing reports for the control functions; /lili Take part in regulatory compliance projects and the implementation of security measures within processes and systems; /lili Collaborate with the IT, Legal and Business teams to ensure that company initiatives are consistent with security and compliance requirements; /lili Contribute to internal training and the promotion of a culture of security and compliance within the company.
/li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Basic knowledge of the main security frameworks (ISO *****, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, OWASP); /lili Understanding of the concepts of risk management, data protection, business continuity and cybersecurity governance; /lili Familiarity with ICT processes and the fintech/banking technology sector is an advantage; /lili Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; /lili Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level).
/li /ulp Education: /pulli Degree in computer science, engineering, law, economics or equivalent; /lili Specialist courses in compliance are considered an advantage.
