Ruby Labs is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (Social Media Ads) to lead senior-level paid social execution across a multi-brand portfolio.
You will manage budgets, set standards, audit accounts, and drive scalable, profitable growth across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and X.
You will also train acquisition managers, own policy and compliance, and help build an AI-first operating system with Claude workflows to improve speed and quality across the team.
