/b /ppbKey Requirements /b /pullibStrong knowledge of accounting principles /b (Italian GAAP / OIC and/or IFRS), with particular focus on real estate accounting /lilibGood understanding of real estate taxation /b, including VAT, property taxes, and transaction-related taxes /liliProven bexperience in the real estate sector /b is highly recommended /liliGood level of bspoken and written English /b (German is a plus) /liliAbility to work effectively in an binternational, multicultural environment /b /li /ulpbMain Responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure baccurate, compliant, and timely financial management /b of Italian real estate entities /liliAct as bmain liaison between headquarters and external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors /b /liliCoordinate breporting, closing, and filing timelines /b, proactively following up with all stakeholders /liliReview bperiodic financial statements and tax filings /b, identifying inconsistencies, risks, or improvement areas /liliEnsure proper bdocumentation, audit trails, and compliance /b with Italian accounting and tax regulations /liliMonitor bcash flow, rental income,
and operating expenses /b /liliOversee brental invoicing, payments, and collections /b /liliSupport the management of breal estate structures /b, including SPVs and holding companies /liliEnsure correct accounting and tax treatment of: bcapex vs opex, VAT, property taxes /b (IMU, TARI, etc.) /liliManage bsupplier invoices, expenses, and document archiving /b (physical and digital) /liliSupport notary processes and bproperty registry activities /b /liliCoordinate with blegal and tax advisors /b on corporate structures and cross-border transactions (e.g. dividends, intercompany loans) /liliSupport bcash management /b activities /liliProvide operational and administrative support to the local team as needed /liliEnsure compliance with bdata protection regulations /b /li /ulpbRequisiti: /b 5+ years of experience in accounting / finance within the real estate sectorSolid grounding in real estate accounting fundamentals, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and financial statement reviewGood tax awareness, particularly regarding Italian real estate taxationProactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesStrong communication skills and confidence interacting with external advisors and senior stakeholdersComfortable operating in a family office setting, where reliability, discretion, and long-term perspective are essential /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
