Were currently exclusively partnering with a global medical technology organisation to appoint a Senior Manager responsible for driving the commercial and marketing strategy of its Washing Disinfection portfolio across EMEA .
brThis is a highly visible regional leadership opportunity, working closely with global product management, sales, and clinical stakeholders to shape strategy, launch new products, and accelerate growth across multiple international markets.
brDevelop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across the Washing Disinfection portfolio.
brDrive market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and commercial positioning.
brPartner with global teams to influence portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, and innovation.
brLead regional product launches, creating compelling messaging, sales tools, and marketing campaigns.
brDevelop engaging multi-channel marketing content aligned with commercial objectives.
brCreate customer and sales training materials that communicate product benefits and clinical value.
brMonitor market performance and campaign effectiveness, using data to optimise future initiatives.




brInfluence cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product management, and regional leadership.
br10+ years' experience in marketing, including significant experience within Washing Disinfection , infection prevention , medical devices , or a related healthcare field.
br~ Proven success leading regional marketing strategies across EMEA.
br~ Experience working within complex international matrix organisations.
br~ Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
br~ Ability to manage product launches, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
br~ Experience producing marketing content, sales enablement materials, and customer education programmes.
br~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
br~ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree advantageous.
br~ Fluent English is essential, with additional European languages viewed favourably.
