/pp About the Role /pp Fixed Term Contract for 6 months /pp The role will support inventory flow management across brick-and-mortar stores and the e-commerce platform during a critical trading period.
/pp Responsibilities /pp Allocation and Replenishment Support /pulli Support allocation and replenishment planning activities based on store capacity, seasonality, weekly sales, and commercial trading periods.
/lili Support stock allocation activities across stores in line with range plans and business priorities.
/lili Maintain and update allocation parameters to reflect trading patterns and operational requirements.
/lili Assist with inventory optimization activities across stores and e-commerce channels.
/lili Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding stock flow, delivery schedules, and operational issues.
/lili Support allocation planning for new store openings or category launches occurring during the contract period.
/lili Assist with maintaining allocation and replenishment system accuracy and resolving stock discrepancies.
/lili Support delivery tracking and escalation of operational issues where required.




/li /ulp Performance and Reporting /pulli Prepare store and inventory analysis to support weekly trading reviews and business decision-making.
/lili Support implementation of allocation plans based on trading priorities.
/lili Monitor stock performance and provide operational insights to management.
/lili Assist with analysis of slow-moving stock and support mitigation planning activities.
/lili Produce size and inventory analysis reports where required.
/lili Support feedback sharing with Buying and Merchandising teams to assist future planning activities.
/li /ulp General /pulli Provide operational and analytical support as reasonably required during the fixed-term assignment.
/li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Business or economics-related degree preferred.
/lili Retail experience within stores or retail head office environments preferred.
/lili Fashion retail experience preferred.
/li /ulp Required Skills /pulli Strong analytical and numerical skills.
/lili Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
/lili Experience with allocation, replenishment, or inventory systems preferred.
/lili Fluent English communication skills.
