brWe are currently seeking a Trade Compliance Documentation Specialist, who will play a key role in ensuring accurate verification and management of all import/export documentation required for international shipments.
The position supports global trade operations by guaranteeing compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, company procedures, and customer-specific requests.
brReview import and export shipping documentation brVerify the accuracy and completeness of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, transport documents, and customs-related documentation brEnsure compliance of shipping documents with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and customer specifications brSupport customs clearance activities by providing accurate and timely documentation.
brManage and archive trade documentation according to company policies and regulatory requirements brVerify consistency between purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs declarations brAssist in resolving documentation discrepancies that could impact transportation, customs clearance, or customer deliveries brParticipate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing logistics and trade documentation processes brStay updated on international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs requirements, and transportation standards brCollaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, Suppliers, Finance to ensure smooth international operations brHigh School Diploma in Logistics or International Supply Chain Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields br~(Strong) knowledge of import/export documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Certificates of Origin, Customs Documentation br~ Understanding of international logistics and transportation processes br~ Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export regulations br~(Good) understanding of Incoterms br~ Strong organizational and planning skills br~ Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration br~ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
