M&A; Expert Responsibilities: * Drive the M&A; roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities. * Manage the M&A; process end to end, from proactive market scouting to target origination. * Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies. * Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis. * Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams. * Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions. * Act as the main point of contact for external advisors and internal stakeholders at the executive level. * Prepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies. * Define and oversee post‑merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration. * Track and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case.

Qualifications: * At least 5 years of experience managing the M&A; process end to end within corporate M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance,



or strategy consulting environments. * Proven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability. * Strong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis. * Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect individual transactions to broader industrial and corporate strategy. * Strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities. * Excellent executive communication skills, with confidence in interacting with senior leaders and external partners. * Ability to make decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑uncertainty contexts. * High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
