Experteer Overview

In this role you will manage control system projects for gas turbines and provide technical support for service contracts and upgrades. You will coordinate control logic modifications, troubleshoot hardware and networks, and guide project execution with suppliers.

You’ll produce QA input, test plans, and manuals while ensuring EHS compliance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that supports our mission to advance decarbonisation of power generation.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate developments and modifications in control system logic of gas turbines
- Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade control system hardware (processors, I/O cards, networks)
- Provide assistance and troubleshooting guidelines to operations and maintenance teams
- Support and supervise suppliers during project execution
- Specify and conduct factory acceptance tests




- Resolve Process Control issues and provide project-specific input for service teams
- Edit manuals, test procedures and reports
- Ensure work adheres to EHS requirements

Qualifications

- Knowledge of principles and methods used in Process Control
- At least 3 years of experience
- Experience in control system programming, troubleshooting and commissioning
- Availability to travel over 50% globally
- Excellent command of Italian and English; German and/or French advantageous
