The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, customer supply, warehousing, logistics and inventory across our Australian business. Based at the Head office in Lara (Geelong), this role offers broad ownership and real commercial impact on the business.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Quality, Finance and our Commercial teams (Sales and Marketing) to improve performance, strengthen supplier partnerships and support a culture that embraces practical initiatives, innovation and smarter processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead supply chain performance across procurement, customer supply, warehousing, logistics and inventory.
- Drive practical improvements in efficiency, productivity and cost control.
- Manage supplier strategies, tenders, pricing, contract negotiations and continuity of supply.
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, reporting and stocktake management.
- Optimise freight, warehousing and distribution, including domestic and international freight.
- Support Customer Supply and E-Commerce teams to deliver a great customer experience.
- Develop budgets, cost reduction programs and business cases that support commercial decisions.
- Coach, mentor and develop a collaborative, improvement-focused team.

About You





You are a commercially minded supply chain leader who enjoys solving problems, improving performance and processes and bringing people with you. You can move between strategy and detail, build strong relationships and make sound decisions using data and commercial insight.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualifications in business, supply chain, logistics, procurement or a related discipline.
- Around 10+ years’ supply chain experience, including recent supply chain management experience.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, agribusiness or consumer goods highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong procurement, supplier management, tendering and contract negotiation capability.
- Proven ability to deliver cost reductions, operational improvements and service outcomes.
- Strong commercial, financial, data analysis, communication and project management skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Flexibility to travel between work sites as required including our office in Southbank and groves in Northern Victoria.
