This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (UI/UX & Financial Services) based in Italy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technology by translating complex requirements into intuitive, user-focused solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape business processes, define future-state solutions, and contribute to the design of modern digital experiences. Accountabilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements, transforming them into detailed user stories and actionable specifications.
- Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state workflows that support strategic business objectives.
- Define UI/UX requirements, create wireframes, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
- Act as a subject matter expert for financial services and retirement solutions, providing guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business goals with technical capabilities and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Promote business process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives,
and best practices across cross-functional delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, including extensive expertise in requirements gathering and user story creation.
- At least 3 years of experience designing UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and user-centered workflows.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within Financial Services and Retirement Services environments.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while managing multiple priorities.
