Job Role / Responsibilities
As Product Owner, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrity360’s MDR platforms. These platforms power our MDR services, and incorporate our Online Portal, which serves as the single point of interaction for our customers to access information on all their cybersecurity services, view dashboards and reports, control their services, raise and track tickets, and engage with our expert teams.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including the Development team and Dev Ops, to manage the development pipeline and ensure the delivery of a world‑class customer experience. Your knowledge of cybersecurity technology and services will be instrumental in shaping the platform to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Working with internal stakeholders define the vision & roadmap for our MDR platforms to enhance and enable delivery of industry leading services.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable features and enhancements.
- Backlog Management:
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
- Compile specification documents to translate user requirements into clear developer/Dev Ops guidelines.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to shape the product’s direction and for inclusion in specifications.
- Coordinate with development/Dev Ops to ensure releases are scheduled and managed.
- Regularly communicate progress, priorities, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure new features are tested by the respective departments and sign‑off is achieved before going to production.
- Customer‑Centric Design:
- Drive the creation of intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences.
- Partner with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on portal features based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Delivery Oversight:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Monitor development progress and resolve any roadblocks or dependencies.
- Cybersecurity Expertise:
- Leverage your knowledge of cybersecurity products and services to ensure the portal effectively showcases our offerings and supports customer needs.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in cybersecurity and incorporate relevant innovations into the portal.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Online Portal.
- Regularly review analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions.
- Experience working with Dev Ops teams to manage development pipelines and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and make data‑driven decisions.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technology, services, and solutions.
- Experience working with Development and Dev Ops teams to manage development pipelines and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
- Knowledge of Git (Gitlab and Git Hub).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and make data‑driven decisions.
- Familiarity with customer portal design, dashboard creation, and reporting tools is a plus.
