As Shield AI’s territory leader for Italy, you accelerate defence market growth by shaping opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving revenue across autonomy, aircraft, and ISR offerings. You will own territory strategy, pipeline, and partnerships, coordinating cross‑functional teams to win and expand key accounts.
This role combines strategic business development with hands‑on deal execution in a fast‑paced, international defence environment. You will influence mission outcomes and integration pathways while advancing Shield AI’s global footprint.

- Lead end‑to‑end deal closure including planning, shaping, proposals, negotiation, and contracts
- Engage senior military leaders, procurement authorities, and strategic partners
- Differentiate Shield AI’s portfolio by articulating mission outcomes and integration paths
- Develop regional partnerships and offset‑aligned strategies to accelerate access
Responsabilità
- 6+ years in business development, capture, sales, or related roles in defence, aerospace, or advanced tech environments
- Experience in international defence/regulated markets with complex stakeholders
- Track record of identifying and advancing long, complex opportunities
- Strong executive presence with military/government credibility
- Technical understanding of autonomous systems, ISR, and defence technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel frequently regionally and internationally
- Based in the region or willing to relocate
- Fluency in English and regional languages
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional, military, or operational experience preferred
