As Director of Human Resources, you will align HR initiatives with property and brand goals to enable business success. You’ll lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance and development, and guide change management across the property. Working with cross-functional teams, you will implement HR strategies that improve engagement, retention, and cost efficiency. This role places you on the property executive committee to translate business priorities into actionable HR plans.

- Translate business priorities into property HR strategies and actions
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning at the property
- Oversee recruitment, staffing decisions, and assessment of hourly staff
- Manage property compensation strategy, equity analysis, and incentive programs
- Ensure effective use of HR systems (e.g., myHR) and supervisor training
- Act as change manager for high-impact initiatives




- Present HR results to owners meetings with context on retention and training
- Supervise on-property HR staff and market-based HR resources
- Support employee relations questions and reinforce positive employee relations concepts
- Develop and implement property HR initiatives aligned with broader business objectives

Responsabilità

- 2‑year degree in HR, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years HR/ops experience OR 4‑year Bachelor’s with 2 years HR/ops experience
- Experience in HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and internal equity analysis
- Ability to collaborate with owners and executive leadership
- Experience supervising HR staff or specialistsStrong communication and change‑management skills
