Scalable Capital is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Counsel for Italy to help scale the legal and compliance function of our Milan office. You will advise on Italian banking, investment services and consumer protection law, and support policy localisation for the Italian branch.

You will collaborate with AML, regulatory, and product teams to implement compliant processes, monitor developments, and translate complex rules into practical guidance for the business.
