Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management, to lead PMO activities within the Real Estate team in Milan. You will shape strategy, drive delivery of complex projects, and grow the business.

You will manage client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to proposals while mentoring staff. Fluent English and Italian are expected, with delivery excellence across time, cost, and quality.
