Générale du Solaire is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Milan, Italy, to lead the companys growth in the solar energy market. You will support the Managing Director and oversee the lifecycle of solar PV projects, ensuring effective coordination across teams.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in renewable energy, a Master’s degree in engineering, and strong project management skills. Italian and English fluency are required; French is a plus. This role requires excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
