Are you a Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technology transformation?Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of professional experience managing complex IT projectsDemonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, technology transformation, or modernisation projectsProven experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, PMO functions, or IT Governance rolesStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience applying Agile principles and managing Agile delivery teamsExperience developing project plans, managing backlogs, monitoring project execution, and reporting project performanceExperience coordinating procurement activities, including the preparation of RFI and RFP documentationKnowledge of IT architecture, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure environmentsExperience with requirements elicitation, requirements engineering, and business analysisStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teamsExperience working within international organisations, government institutions, or the public sectorStrong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within an international environmentSecurity clearance is required(Desirable) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification(Desirable) Experience supporting large-scale IT infrastructure modernisation programmes(Desirable) Experience working in NATO or NATO-related environments(Desirable) Knowledge of NATO policies, governance frameworks,
and procurement processes(Desirable) Active NATO Secret Personnel Security Clearance (PSC)(Desirable) Experience working with distributed or geographically dispersed teams(Desirable) Familiarity with IT service management and governance frameworksLanguage(s): English (fluent)Job description:Support the delivery of a multi-year IT infrastructure modernisation programme within the organisationDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project backlogsMonitor project execution, track progress against objectives, and identify risks and mitigation actionsPrepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and management briefingsCoordinate and contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of IT hardware, software, and servicesApply Agile project management principles and practices to support effective project deliveryFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremoniesCoordinate activities across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partnersSupport requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to ensure project objectives are clearly definedWork closely with IT architecture, network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of project deliverablesManage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycleSupport IT governance activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies and proceduresContribute to the successful implementation of modern computing, networking, and data infrastructure solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
