You will provide leadership in rubber manufacturing, managing supplier relationships and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in injection molding, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a customer-focused, international environment. Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential.
