Digital marketing plays a key role in driving lead generation and business growth, and we are looking for a Senior Performance MarketingSpecialist to support and optimize our digital campaigns across channels.Responsibility:Campaign Execution & OptimizationExecute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedInSupport the definition and implementation of campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategiesMonitor and optimize performance against key KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rate)Contribute to full-funnel activities (awareness - consideration - conversion)Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure alignment on creatives and campaign objectivesSupport optimization of landing pages and campaign flows to improve lead qualityTracking & Data ManagementSupport the setup and management of tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixelsEnsure data consistency and support end-to-end tracking up to Salesforce CRMManage and monitor data flows and automations (including Zapier)Support cookie and consent management activities in line with GDPR requirementsPerformance Analysis & ReportingMonitor campaign performance on a daily basis and highlight optimization opportunitiesAnalyze full funnel performance (media - leads - CRM - conversion)Build and maintain reports using Power BIProvide regular updates and insights to Brand Managers to support campaign decisionsContribute to performance reviews with Marketing and Sales teamsSupport lead quality analysis in collaboration with SalesCollaboration & GovernanceWork closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign effectivenessSupport alignment with global guidelines and frameworksContribute to global performance discussions/committees by sharing data, results, and learningsEnsure consistency and accuracy in campaign execution and reportingSkills:4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead GenerationHands‑on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (mandatory); Salesforce (mandatory); Power BI (mandatory); Zapier; Google Tag Manager & GA4Strong analytical mindset with ability to: interpret performance data; identify optimization opportunities; translate data into actionable insightsExperience working with performance KPIs (CPL, MQL, conversion rate)Good understanding of digital funnel and lead generation dynamicsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Global)Fluent EnglishNice to HaveExperience with programmatic or advanced media buyingBasic knowledge of CRO and A/B testingExperience in multi-market environmentsWhat we offerPermanent contract.Join a well-established multinational company that fosters a young, collaborative, and employee-focused work environment.Continuous learning and development opportunities, supported by ongoing coaching and structured training programs delivered both in person and onlineCompensation package: 50.000 € + lavoro da remoto + welfareThis job posting is open to all individuals regardless of gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious belief, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 198/2007, 215/2003, and 216/2003. #J-18808-Ljbffr
