Junior Project Finance Analyst

For our own projects, we are looking for a Junior Project Controller.Location: Milan, Italy (Office-based)Duration: 6 months, renewable for an additional 6 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesIssue work orders following supplier selection processes and in accordance with company procedures.Review and align commercial proposals, verify contractual compliance, and support the evaluation of the best commercial offer.Prepare periodic cost reports, budget variance analyses, and financial progress reports using company accounting systems and SAP.Record contractor costs for goods and services within company systems in coordination with technical departments.Collect personnel timesheets, register working hours in SAP, and prepare monthly reporting.Monitor the physical and financial progress of project activities, update cost information,



and report any deviations from the budget.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent project control activities.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Project Control, Cost Control, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Experience preparing cost reports, monitoring budgets, and tracking project financial performance.Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of SAP.Previous experience with energy companies is considered an advantage.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential.
