We are looking for a Senior R&D; Engineer to join our Capsules Business Unit, playing a key role in delivering new product solutions from concept to industrial validation.The role is based in Bodio Lomnago (VA).Your MissionDrive product innovation and ensure disciplined, execution-focused R&D; activities - delivering robust, scalable solutions across our global industrial footprint.What You’ll DoLead innovation and customer-driven development projects from concept to industrial validationApply structured Innovation & Product Development processes (stage-gate approach)Ensure clear documentation, milestone tracking, and project progressionEvaluate industrial feasibility (materials, processes, product solutions)Coordinate validation plans (mechanical, environmental,



durability testing)Identify technical risks and contribute to mitigation strategiesSupport root cause analysis when neededCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Operations teamsEnsure alignment across multiple international sitesProvide structured reporting to Group R&DWho; You AreDegree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering5–9 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentProven experience in product innovation and development projectsStrong project management skills (planning, coordination, execution)Experience with multi-component industrial productsComfortable working in cross-functional and international environmentsFluent in English and Italian, other languages would be an assetSalary package: CCNL Gomma Plastica, €40.000 -€50.000Crealis Group is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and given equal opportunities to succeed.
