Sales Assistant – Menswear
Boutique Robusto dei Marmi
Salary: up to €26,000 + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a highly personalised client experience, providing expert styling advice tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences.
- Develop strong product expertise across the brand’s Ready-to-Wear collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and Maison heritage.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, CRM activities, and exceptional after-sales follow-up.
- Support Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique environment consistently reflects the brand’s identity and luxury standards.
- Contribute to daily boutique operations, including stock management, deliveries, inventory control, and product organisation.
- Maintain an impeccable sales floor and stockroom environment, ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence and customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury or premium Ready-to-Wear retail, with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and client expectations.
- Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an outstanding luxury client experience.
- Strong clienteling capabilities, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
combined with a proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, polished, and professional, with a strong sense of style, product sensitivity, and commercial awareness.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
