/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the operational continuity and reliability of ERP and enterprise applications /li liOptimize and digitalize business processes through system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives /li liEnsure seamless application integration and maintain data consistency across multiple systems /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions /li liContribute to application governance and manage the full lifecycle of business applications /li liSupport data migration and application integration activities within transformation programs or carve‑out scenarios /li liConfigure, maintain, and enhance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccesFactors, Salesforce) /li liAnalyze functional and process requirements and translate them into application solutions /li liManage system integrations through APIs and middleware /li liSupport application testing (UAT, regression testing) and release management processes /li liMonitor application performance and data quality /li liProvide support to users and key users, including training and handling change requests /li liCollaborate with vendors and system integrators /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives for business applications /li /ul h3Requisiti:
/h3 h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of proven experience /li liKnowledge of ERP enterprise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccesFactors, Salesforce) and related functional modules /li liKnowledge of business process analysis (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales...) /li liKnowledge of Database SQL and basic data modelling /li liKnowledge of Application testing and release management /li liKnowledge of Scripting/programming (es. SQL, Python,...) /li /ul h3Preferential Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of application integration (API, REST, SOAP, middleware/iPaaS – es.
