pThe Site Manager is responsible for the overall on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and local regulations. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliManage day-to-day site operations for solar PV construction projects /liliCoordinate subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical) and site teams /liliEnsure compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture /liliMonitor project schedule and progress, reporting to the Project Manager /liliOversee installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cabling /liliEnsure quality control and adherence to design and engineering specifications /liliInterface with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required /liliManage site logistics, materials, and equipment /liliSupport commissioning and handover activities /li /ulpReference will be given to candidates currently based in Italy. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
