Florence Crittenton Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-driven Housing Stability Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with pregnant and parenting youth, providing housing navigation, case management, financial assistance support, and ongoing stabilization services that help families achieve long‑term housing success. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliManage a caseload of up to 30 pregnant or parenting youth. /liliGuide participants from initial housing consultation through housing placement and up to six months of stabilization support. /liliBuild partnerships with landlords, property managers, and community organizations to increase housing opportunities. /liliAssist participants with housing applications, budgeting, lease education, and tenant responsibilities. /liliConnect families to rental assistance, utility assistance, employment resources, and other community services. /liliAdvocate for participants while collaborating with internal teams and community partners. /liliMaintain accurate case documentation and service records. /liliCoordinate referrals to Florence Crittenton’s Supportive Family Services Program (SFSP) and other community resources. /liliRepresent Florence Crittenton Services at community meetings and outreach events. /liliProvide transportation assistance to participants when appropriate and when a company vehicle is available.
