ph3This is what you will do /h3 pWithin the International Division, the candidate will serve as the Finance Business Partner for the Core Markets Business Unit, supporting management in strategic decision‑making and ensuring robust financial governance across the area. /p pThe Business Unit is responsible for managing commercial partnerships across 36 markets spanning the Balkans, Baltics, Central Asia, North Africa and Latin America, including countries such as Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Tunisia, Algeria, Colombia and Argentina. The role will work closely with management and commercial partners, providing financial analysis, supporting planning and forecasting processes, monitoring business performance, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and profitable business growth. /p h3You will be responsible for /h3 ul liSupport month‑end and year‑end close process ensuring compliance with global financial and accounting policies and procedures. Develop and prepare accurate and timely financial reporting package. /li liCoordinate and support the financial planning, budget, and forecasting. Contribute to the long‑term plans. /li liReview monthly results by product and geography/partner, tracking KPIs, interpreting data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or identifying risks and opportunities. /li liCooperate and interact with global functions and several local departments to properly manage controlling activities and analysis. Be part of global and local cross‑functional projects. /li liMaintain close relationships with commercial teams and grow into the business‑partnering role providing the financial view for business cases, new contracts, pricing decisions or product launches.
/li liAssist with the assessment of local processes and improvement initiatives to advance the financial reporting effectiveness and to develop tailored solutions considering the peculiarities of our IMDD markets. /li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Business Administration or Economics. /li liAt least 4 years of experience in finance and controlling in an international environment. /li liGood knowledge of accounting principles and controlling processes. /li liStrong knowledge of MS Office. /li liRobust analytical skills and critical thinking. /li liSolid communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment. /li liCuriosity and solution‑oriented approach. /li liFlexibility to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines. /li /ul h3We would prefer for you to have /h3 pKnowledge of SAP/BW/BPC. /p h3Location /h3 pParma, with the possibility of working remotely 2–3 days a week. /p h3Compensation Range /h3 pThe minimum salary for this role is €52.000, aligned to our established salary framework.
