/liliSupervise managed data ingestion processes via Fivetran and custom-built Python pipelines to ensure seamless data flow. /liliMaintain high standards for platform performance, cost-effectiveness, data integrity, and reliability across all data assets. /liliEstablish data security protocols, access controls, and privacy measures to comply with financial regulations and standards. /liliProvide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, while also creating and maintaining technical documentation and best practices. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. /liliA minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and scaling of complex enterprise data architectures. /liliStrong command of SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala. /liliDemonstrated experience with both batch processing and real-time streaming data architectures. /liliCapability to design platforms that promote safe, self-service data modeling for analysts and other stakeholders. /liliA keen interest in large language models (LLMs) and the integration of AI coding assistants within the development lifecycle. /liliExcellent communication skills,
