They have a broad understanding of various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee compensation and performance evaluation. If you’re passionate about HR, well-versed in labor law, and eager to kickstart your career in this field, this role might be a great fit for you. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 ul liGuide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, on understanding and complying with HR practices, processes and policies. /li liEnsure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting. /li liLiaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalation. /li liEnsure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures. /li liAssist in developing and implementing human resource policies. /li liSupport coordination of training activities on site /li liCollaboration in the preparation of information material for local HRBP on activities in connection with meetings with trade unions. /li liEnsure blue collar scouting, support recruiting with external agencies. /li liLiving core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. /li liMinimum 1 year of professional experience in HR field. /li liProactivity,
