ppbLead the integration between football, education and boarding life at Juventus; create a structured, supportive environment where young players can grow academically, athletically and personally. /b /p pWe are looking for a bHead of Boarding Academic Integration /b to lead the coordination of the boarding program for Juventus youth players, ensuring a high-quality residential and academic experience fully integrated with the football pathway. /p pThis role will act as a key link between the Club, the academic institution, the boarding facilities, students and their families, ensuring effective planning, operational excellence and consistent communication across all stakeholders. /p pAs bHead of Boarding Academic Integration /b, you will play a central role in supporting the development, well-being and cultural integration of student-athletes, creating an environment that combines structure, care, performance and personal growth. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liLead the development and coordination of the academic plan, ensuring full integration with training schedules, competitions and supervised study time. /li liAct as the main point of reference between the football club, the boarding school and/or academic institution. /li liEnsure daily routines, internal regulations and schedules are properly respected, including classes, breaks, free time and rest periods. /li liMonitor students’ academic progress in close collaboration with academic staff, supporting long-term educational planning. /li liGuide students in their academic organization,



personal development and adaptation to school and boarding life. /li liServe as the main contact for families, providing regular updates on students’ progress, well-being and daily experience. /li liSupport international students in their cultural and social integration with empathy, sensitivity and awareness of individual needs. /li liOversee boarding facilities, ensuring high standards of safety, comfort, organization and student welfare. /li liManage relationships and contracts with accommodation, catering, maintenance and external service providers. /li liManage and monitor the annual boarding budget, ensuring cost control, financial sustainability and compliance with Club guidelines. /li liCoordinate daily transportation between the boarding school and the training center. /li liManage student permissions for off-campus activities in line with Club and boarding policies. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Education, Sports Management, Hospitality Management or a related field. /li liAt least 10 years of experience in boarding school management, student services, sports academies, educational institutions or similar environments.



/li liPrevious experience in multicultural and international contexts. /li liStrong organizational and planning skills in complex, multi-schedule environments. /li liProven experience in budget management, cost control and administrative reporting. /li liSolid knowledge of contract management and coordination with external providers. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, academic staff and management. /li liStrong leadership, authority and decision-making skills, combined with empathy and approachability. /li liHigh cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence, especially when working with international students. /li liAbility to manage priorities, enforce rules and maintain structure in a residential environment. /li liHigh sense of responsibility, autonomy and professionalism. /li liFluent Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus. /li liExperience in sports organizations, football academies or high-performance environments will be considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pCompetitive compensation package aligned with experience (b60-70k /b), plus benefits. /p pAt Juventus, we believe in the value of people and the uniqueness of every journey.
