Leading Production, Purchasing of Raw Materials and Quality Teams. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Production /h3 ul liLeading and Coordination of Production Planning Team /li liAllocation of Production, Press, VIP, Uniform, Outlet orders for LG, Shoes, Bijoux, Accessories /li liMonitoring of Budget /li liCoordination of weekly meetings with Development, Industrialization and Quality Teams /li liManagement of external vendors during Production to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain Central /li liManagement of the Industrial Production Plan of Givenchy Accessories /li liConsolidation of relationships with suppliers /li liManagement contracts with suppliers, documents and procedures /li liBargaining Production capacities /li liFocus on launches and priorities: creation of Retroplanning /li liAnalysis of KPIs: on time, accuracy, cancellations end season /li liAnalysis and Reports sharing with Direction and Suppliers /li liVendor Rating: KPI and Dashboard for Suppliers /li liCreation and sharing of Production Report /li liCoordination of Scouting for new suppliers /li liManagement and negotiation of Production costs and budget /li /ul h3Purchasing /h3 ul liLeading and Coordination of Purchasing Team /li liOversee Pre-Orders of Raw Materials (MRP) /li liManagement of Production of Raw Materials to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain Central /li liConsolidation of relationships with tanneries,
fabrics and metal HW suppliers /li liBargaining of Production capacities /li liValidation of Leftover and costs /li liStock management, logistics /li liManagement and negotiation of Production costs and budget for raw materials /li liCoordination of weekly meetings with RD, Industrialization and Quality Teams /li /ul h3Quality /h3 ul liLeading and Coordination of Quality Team (Finished goods Inspectors) /li liSupervise for Aftersales and Spare Parts activities /li liManagement, definition and update of Quality Standards (finish products, raw materials, processes, suppliers) /li liDefinition of strategic plans and improvement actions for quality /li liManagement and monitoring of external Production through periodic visits and constant follow up /li liManagement of Lab Tests and Weartests /li liDefinition of Packaging for products /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pProfile: Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering. At least 10 years of experience in similar role, as Production and Purchasing Manager or Quality Manager, gained in an industrial manufacturing context. Expertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and good knowledge of Power BI. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English or French. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Organized, rigorous, and reliable, comfortable in the field, able to challenge suppliers with tact, and demonstrate strong follow-up discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
