ph3Field Engineer /h3 pLocation: Bari, Italy /p pContract Type: Permanent Contract /p pMobilization: ASAP /p pFor one of our prestigious international Client in the energy sector based in Italy, we are searching for a highly motivated Field Engineer to join its team. The selected candidate will provide Technical Advisory Services and support the coordination of installation and commissioning activities for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, performance criteria, and contractual requirements. /p pThis is a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working on international projects. /p pThis position is open only to Italian or other European Union citizens, or to candidates who already possess a valid EU work visa/permit. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liGather and analyze technical information from authorized sources to assess project requirements within the assigned scope of work. /li liExecute commissioning of AC and DC voltage VSDs in Low and Medium Voltage applications (up to 11 kV), ensuring performance meets design and contractual expectations. /li liProvide troubleshooting and problem-solving support during commissioning, warranty, and maintenance activities. /li liSuggest technical improvements and corrective actions to Clients. /li liPrepare clear and accurate reports following commissioning or service activities.
/li liIdentify and report opportunities for quality and process improvements. /li liDeliver timely, accurate, and regular commissioning status updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or associate degree in electro-technical disciplines. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Oil Gas projects; experience in metals, container ports, or paper industries is a plus. /li liStrong proficiency in English (verbal and written). /li liBasic knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems used in industrial VSD applications. /li liBasic understanding of power semiconductor technologies: Thyristors, IGBTs, IEGTs, IGCTs. /li liBasic knowledge of electrical distribution systems (circuit breakers, metal-clad switchgear, metal enclosures, etc.). /li liProficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams. /li liProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. /li liAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervision. /li liStrong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills. /li liDemonstrated success in working with clients, suppliers, and various internal/external stakeholders. /li liAvailability to travel 75%+, within Europe and internationally, sometimes with limited notice. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liProficiency in Oracle ERP. /li liExperience with MS Project. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
