pFor our own projects, we are looking for: CIVIL STRUCTURAL LEAD /ppbr/ppMISSION /ppThe Civil Structural Lead will be responsible for engineering calculations, design verification and technical coordination for an onshore Oil Gas project. The role covers reinforced-concrete foundations, piling works, steel structures, structural buildings and geotechnical activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, Italian Technical Standards, QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, schedules and quality standards. The position will also support interdisciplinary coordination, tendering activities and field engineering during construction. /ppbr/ppDuties /pulliReview contractual technical documentation and project requirements. /liliPrepare and review design specifications for reinforced-concrete foundations and steel structures. /liliDevelop structural studies and calculation notes for reinforced concrete, piling works, steel structures, connection details and structural buildings. /liliPerform detailed design, verification and technical studies while optimizing cost, constructability and safety. /liliEnsure compliance with Italian Technical Standards (NTC), project specifications and applicable codes. /liliCoordinate with other engineering disciplines, subcontractors, the Client and site teams. /liliReview and control subcontracted civil and structural engineering documents. /liliAnalyse tender documentation and prepare preliminary calculations and optimized quantity estimates. /liliIdentify technical queries, deviations and alternative design solutions. /liliPrepare scopes of work and technical documentation for soil investigations and topographical surveys. /liliPrepare technical bid tabulations and evaluate geotechnical proposals.



/liliValidate and issue project geotechnical specifications. /liliSupport the preparation of technical specifications, bid evaluations and requests for quotation. /liliPropose design alternatives to prevent or mitigate quantity increases during project execution. /liliMaintain complete and accurate project technical files. /liliProvide field-engineering support during construction and assist with engineering adjustments at site. /liliGather and document lessons learned to improve engineering methodologies. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements /pulliDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering. /liliSignificant experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably within Oil Gas, petrochemical or EPC projects. /liliPrevious experience in a senior, coordination or lead capacity. /liliStrong knowledge of reinforced concrete, foundations, piling, steel structures and structural connection design. /liliKnowledge of geotechnical engineering activities and soil-investigation requirements. /liliStrong knowledge of Italian Technical Standards (NTC). /liliProficiency in SAP2000, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Tekla and Microsoft Office. /liliAbility to review calculations, technical specifications, engineering drawings and subcontractor deliverables. /liliStrong interdisciplinary coordination and technical problem-solving skills. /liliProfessional proficiency in Italian and English. /liliAvailability to work on site in Sannazzaro, Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppContract details /pulliWorking schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week /liliContract duration: 12 months /liliStarting date: ASAP /li /ulpbr/ppemProfile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential. /em /p
