This role contributes to the core backend systems that drive user acquisition and engagement for their 6 million users. You will develop features that improve user onboarding, transaction management, and loyalty programs. /ppKey facts Location: Milan, Italy Engagement: Full-time Compensation: €38,000 - €46,000 gross per annum (tailored to experience) Team: Consumer Growth Domain /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliDesign, develop, and release product features, managing them from local development to production. /liliBuild and optimize systems for user onboarding, document verification, and security to ensure quick and safe transactions. /liliEnhance the app experience by developing backend services for shop discovery, transaction management, and personalized user journeys through CRM integrations. /liliContribute to subscription plans, referral programs, and loyalty mechanics like points and rewards. /liliManage AWS infrastructure components such as EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, and Kinesis, and improve microservice architecture. /liliUtilize AI tools for code optimization, root cause analysis, and documentation generation. /liliWrite clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and assist with incident resolution. /liliCreate clear technical documentation and align work with product and stakeholder roadmaps.
