You will provide unbiased strategic insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform leadership priorities and long-term growth. /p h3Partner with the Best /h3 pThe key responsibility of the Strategy Senior Advisor role is to lead strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment. The position is crucial to the business segment’s ability to establish its medium, and long-term plans in a highly dynamic industry. /p pThe Strategy team with the Senior Advisor playing a key role, is responsible for the development and oversight of 5 Individual Business Units (BUs) strategies to support growth objectives, as well as playing a key role in the overall IET strategy formulation, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in the development of operational strategies. /p h3You will be responsible for: /h3 ul liBringing together crucial pieces of information such as competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, customer intelligence, etc., from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options and layout the strategic roadmaps for the BUs and IET overall /li liSupporting the strategic planning process (LRP) to ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value added /li liWork with Corporate HQ, including Growth Experience (GX), FPA, Corporate Development and Investor Relations /li liSupport IET Leadership team presentations including BoD meetings, IET Leadership Forum,

and other external presentation /li liManage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments /li liDevelop strategic threat identification and evaluation processes as well as overseeing their adoption /li liOther tasks as identified by the IET Strategy Director /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ul liDegree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering, or related discipline /li liRelevant experience in strategy, consulting or marketing /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liProven ability to structure ambiguity into clear insights and recommendations /li liStrong communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously /li liAbility to quickly build a strong understanding of the full IET portfolio and develop relationships with the key stakeholders across that portfolio /li liAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data/AI tools /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
