ph3Overview /h3 /brpThe bPrincipal Engineer, Continuous Improvement /b enjoys data mining, identifying improvement opportunities, leading teams to identify root cause and implement and sustaining improvements. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead projects of cross functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to identify non-value added steps and waste in the process and identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement. /li /brliHelp manage company productivity program and support sites in achieving their yearly goals. /li /brliDrive a culture of data-based decision making in both transactional and manufacturing processes. /li /brliAnalyze data to discover trends and issues and identify predictive and preventative actions to improve reliability and reduce variation in a process. /li /brliHelp establish a structure and culture of continuous improvement across the global corporation /li /brliProvide training on data analysis, lean and Six Sigma tools. /li /brliImplement a structure to sustain improvements and embed the new processes into the current workflow. /li /brliLead and assists in defining, setting and implementation performance improvement strategies at locations. /li /brliCollaborate with and influence senior management on areas of improvement and translate mgmt. expectations into project deliverables. /li /brliAssist and lead digitalization and automation efforts globally that will assist in predictive maintenance etc. /li /brliDrive the standardization,
implementation and communication of organizational best practices /li /brliDrive the implementation of Organizational Management at sites and the implementation of Leading and Lagging KPIs. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brpbRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: /b /p /brul /brliLean Manufacturing training and implementation of Lean Tools in both Manufacturing and Transactional environments /li /brliLean Six Sigma training and certification (Green Belt, preferred Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or Lean Master Black Belt) /li /brliStrong statistical background and skilled at data analysis /li /brliWorking knowledge of MiniTab (SAP and Power BI preferred) /li /brliAbility to interface and collaborate with senior mgmt. on opportunities and project status /li /br /ul /brul /brliBroadand deep knowledge of Quality theories/tools that can be implemented in a Chemical Industry /li /brliOwnership mentality, passionate about improving our processes and cost efficiency /li /brliStrong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to communicate within the team and with customers /li /br /ul /brpbRequired Years’ Experience: /b /p /brul /brli10+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment practicing Lean Six Sigma tools and Data Analysis /li /br /ul /brpbRequired Education: /b /p /brul /brliA Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or a related technical discipline /li /br /ul /brpbTravel Requirements: /b /p /brul /brliDomestic and International travel. 25-50% of time /li /br /ul /brpbLocation /bb: /b /p /brul /brliEurope Forli, Italy or Geleen, Netherlands /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
