ppThe candidate will be responsible for the financial and accounting management of the construction site, ensuring proper monitoring of costs, revenues, and work progress in accordance with project timelines and objectives. They will be responsible for preparing and updating the site’s accounts receivable and accounts payable, issuing and verifying Progress Reports (SAL), certifications, and related accounting documentation. /p pThey will verify measurements, bill of quantities, and final accounts, monitoring project costs, the budget, and any variances, while supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager in financial control activities. /p pThey will manage accounting relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, as well as oversee the filing and organization of the site’s technical and accounting documentation.



/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDiploma in Surveying and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics; /li liPrevious experience as a Construction Site Accountant; /li liKnowledge of construction accounting and relevant regulations; /li liProficiency in Excel and the main construction accounting software programs (Primus, STR, TeamSystem, or equivalents); /li liAbility to read technical drawings and bill of quantities; /li liAccuracy, reliability, and attention to detail; /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines; /li liAbility to work independently on assigned tasks; /li liAbility to work in a team and collaborate with on-site operational staff. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
