The MA Director is responsible for originating, leading, and executing complex MA and Private Equity-related transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates. The role requires full accountability for transaction delivery, senior client relationship management, and the strategic positioning of SG CIB in competitive advisory situations, in Italy and on cross-border transactions. The Director will advise corporates and private equity sponsors on strategic opportunities and will play a visible role in franchise development. /p h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liOriginate and execute MA and Private Equity-related transactions, across buy side and sell side mandates /li liAdvise clients on strategic transactions, investments, and divestments /li liLead marketing activities, pitches, and client engagement /li liManage transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation /li liCoordinate internal teams and supervise junior bankers /li liActively integrate ESG considerations into origination strategy and client advisory /li liEnsure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and conduct standards /li /ul h3Profile required /h3 h3Studies experience /h3 ul liDegree from a leading Business School or University /li liDemonstrated track record in originating and executing MA transactions involving corporates and private equity sponsors /li liStrong expertise in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking products /li /ul h3Language skills /h3 ul liItalian: C2 /li liEnglish:
