We are looking for a bMandatory Training Development Specialist /b to take ownership of our mandatory training operations in Italy. In this role, you will ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of all training activities in Italy and oversee the operational deployment of transverse training plans for employees. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Regulatory Administrative Management /h3 ul libLegal Compliance /b: Ensure all local training initiatives strictly adhere to Italian labor law and mandatory requirements (including D.lgs 81/08 health safety and specific compliance training), collaborating closely with the RSPP when needed. /li libMandatory Training /b: maintaining and updating the mandatory training deadlines (scadenziario della formazione obbligatoria). /li libEnd-to-End Administration /b:



Manage the full lifecycle of training files, from course registrations and agreements to attendance sheets, completion certificates, and strict budget tracking. /li libFunding Management (Fondi Interprofessionali) /b: Act as our primary point of contact with local inter-professional training funds like Fondimpresa. You will be responsible for funding applications and ensure all supporting documentation is flawlessly processed for maximum reimbursement. /li libOperational Collaboration /b: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams and the different HR departments to ensure day-to-day delivery of mandatory training and guaranteeing high engagement and participation rates to all the courses. /li libRegulatory Monitoring /b: Monitor updates regarding Italian training regulations, keeping our internal reporting tools accurate and up to date. /li /ul h3Deployment of Transverse Training /h3 ul libOperational Pilot /b: Manage the logistics, rollout, and implementation of core transverse training programs, including Onboarding, Soft Skills, and Group global standards. /li libStrategic Planning /b: Build and maintain the training calendar, manage employee invitations, and coordinate schedules efficiently across multiple sites. /li libKPI Reporting /b: Track critical deployment metrics (completion rates, feedback trends) using Group tools, proactively raising flags or addressing challenges as they arise. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
